The „MULTIMA 6L 1SI“ is designed for filling beverage cans. It is assembled as monobloc from a 6 position filling carousel and a 1-position sealer for cans. The filling elements are designed as back pressure valves with long tube. The sealer contains 2 rollers for seaming the lid. The complete machine is designed so that all parts coming into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, plastic, rubber (e.g. O-rings) or Teflon®. Door panels are made of Makrolon®. The remaining machine parts are made of stainless steel or plastic.

The table plate is made of St 50 and inserted in a plate made of stainless steel. The central filling kettle is fitted with level regulation using a transsonar sensor and parallel switched pressure controller. The connection from the central kettle to the filling valves is designed as a unit. All machine areas are accessible through secured doors or detachable covers. The mechanical and electrical safety devices are in accordance with TÜV, UVV, VDE, CE standards.

The can completeness at the infeed and the can jam at the discharge are monitored using sensors. Using the frequency controller, the speed of the drive, which is fitted with a safety coupling, can be controlled. Other machine features: Mechanical pressing cylinder which presses the cans at the valve, builtin bottle transporter over machine width, can be connected for CIP cleaning, conveyor belt adjustable for height, calottetype feet for precise height alignment.
